Hill Energy Services acts as the Energy Advisor to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, the Northeast’s largest and fastest-growing furniture retailer. Since 2008, we have helped the 90-store chain realize more than $1 million in savings and avoided costs. Some of the services we provide are:

Au Bon Pain, Boston MA
Hill Energy Services is running the procurement process for Au Bon Pain’s 72 company-owned cafes in New England, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Illinois. We kept a focus on meeting Au Bon Pain’s stringent purchasing requirements while delivering a 15 percent savings in electricity supply costs. We are also assisting them in an effort to recoup excess energy sales tax payments made over the past three years.
Newlyweds Foods, Horn Lake MS
We perfromed a detailed energy audit (ASHRAE Level II) for a 330,000 square foot manufacturing plant devoted to food coatings and seasonings. Key areas of analysis included process hot water and steam systems, HVAC, heat recovery and lighting.
