Hill Energy Services acts as the Energy Advisor to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, the Northeast’s largest and fastest-growing furniture retailer. Since 2008, we have helped the 90-store chain realize more than $1 million in savings and avoided costs. Some of the services we provide are:

Developing and reviewing energy efficiency facility upgrades for new building designs, lighting & HVAC upgrades and Energy Management System installations
Obtaining utility rebates and tax incentives for energy-efficient equipment.
Procuring Electricity and Natural gas for facilities in deregulated states
Tracking and benchmarking energy and budget performance
Forecasting and budgeting for annual eletricity and heat expenses

The Harvard School of Public Health in Boston is home to some of the world’s most notable research in infectious disease, and international health care. The 480,000 square foot facility consists of laboratories, offices and classrooms. We recently completed a detailed energy audit of the lighting systems. Our mission is to help the School take advantage of the advances in fluorescent and LED lighting technology and reduce the school’s lighting load to less than 0.5 Watts per square foot. Our next step will be to work with the School’s Operations and Energy Teams to design and implement these solutions..

We perfromed a detailed energy audit (ASHRAE Level II) for a 330,000 square foot manufacturing plant devoted to food coatings and seasonings. Key areas of analysis included process hot water and steam systems, HVAC, heat recovery and lighting.
